pricing

We operate on a sliding scale model and ask when determining your pricing to consider: the size of your event, who your attendees are and what communities they represent, and general admission cost of your tickets

We prioritize events centering our queer, trans, people of color, low income, and s*x worker communities. In that commitment we are open to being in convo with you about your budget and needs for your event. 

All event use rentals include full service rental & delivery :

  • One-on-one event support : get a customized quote, talk with us about your event setup, thought partner on what your vision is for your event and how to get there

  • Rental of furniture for the duration of your event

  • Delivery : pick up and drop off

    • Delivery is available to events in San Francisco, East Bay, and South Bay. For the East Bay - as far east as Coliseum and north as Berkeley.

      • For events in San Francisco there is an additional $14 fee for the bridge toll

      • For events in the South Bay there is an additional fee of $25.

  • Setup and breakdown

  • Sanitation and furniture maintenance

Our event rental minimum is $150

Our sliding scale is : $150 - $300 per piece

On average events are paying: $150 per piece

For each event rental, we request 2-4 free tickets for entry to the event for our team
